Family Functional Nutrition & Wellbeing Package

This package recognises that each family member has unique needs, while also honouring the shared journey and dynamics. It's designed to be empathetic, structured, and flexible to provide both immediate guidance and longer-term support.

  • Core Family Nutrition & Wellbeing Package

    1- Initial Family Consultation – 90 minutes (joint session)

    • Full dietary and lifestyle assessment

    • Review of behavioural dynamics and sensory sensitivities

    • Discussion of shared mealtime challenges and family interactions

    2- Individual Consultations – 60 minutes each

    • One session for the child with autism (nutrition and behavioural focus)

    • One session for the sibling (emotional and behavioural focus)

    • One session for a parent (if a family of 3) or both parents (if a family of 4)

    3- Follow-Up Reviews – 40 minutes each

    • Two follow-up consultations per family member

    • To monitor progress and adjust recommendations as needed

  • Family of 3 As outlined above £750

    Family of 4: Includes additional individual consult £820

    Family of 5: Includes additional individual consult £890

    Payment plans available in 2–3 instalments.

    • Written summary of recommendations

    • Supplement and meal planning guidance

  • All lab tests will be recommended during the consultation, once we have a better understanding of each person’s needs. We offer a wide range of tests. Some blood tests can also be arranged through your GP.

    We cannot recommend tests without knowing more about the person’s needs and symptoms and will focus on clinically relevant investigations.
