Sarah Cranage
Dip ION, mBANT, mCNHC
Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut health, skin conditions, and cardio-metabolic wellness.
Hello, I’m Sarah Cranage, part of the team of nutritional therapists at The Lauriston Centre.
During a successful career as a finance professional, I excelled at coaching people. This, combined with my passion for exercise and nutrition, led me to study for a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science and Practice at the NCA in York. Following this, I trained as a Functional Nutritionist at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London. This extensive training has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to implement effective, evidence-based interventions.
Every client is unique, and this is reflected in my approach, which is built on a person-by-person basis. I begin with a comprehensive health assessment to ensure the root cause of health issues is identified and addressed.
I have particular experience in supporting clients with IBS, parasites, and gut dysbiosis, as well as skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. I’m an accredited reflux practitioner and also specialise in cardiometabolic health, including obesity, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
I am registered with and regulated by both the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
